Ashleigh Clarke

Ashleigh is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years in nursing, bringing a strong clinical foundation shaped by oncology, primary care, and advanced nursing practice. Her career is centered around a whole person approach with particular expertise in women’s health, preventative medicine, and medical aesthetics.

As Co-Owner + Clinical Director of BE beauty + wellness, Ashleigh integrates her medical expertise with aesthetic medicine to deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-informed care. She is deeply committed to establishing high clinical standards, mentoring nursing professionals, and ensuring excellence in patient outcomes through thoughtful consultation and individualized treatment planning.

In parallel with her work in aesthetics, Ashleigh continues to practice in primary care, maintaining a broad and current clinical perspective that informs her approach across all settings.

Known for her collaborative and educational approach, Ashleigh is passionate about helping patients feel confident, informed, and empowered in their care decisions.

Sierra Hudspeth

Sierra is a proud co-creator of all things BE, alongside her amazing partner, Ashleigh. After graduating in 2015 as a Registered Practical Nurse, she chose a non-traditional path to blend her passion for beauty and wellness with her nursing background. She eagerly pursued advanced training in medical aesthetics and has spent the past eight years practicing and teaching in this dynamic field, allowing her to grow as a scientist, educator, artist, and sometimes, a therapist.

Sierra is dedicated to empowering her clients on their beauty and wellness journeys, encouraging them to embrace their authentic selves. Together, they take a holistic approach to treatment goals, considering factors like anatomy, skincare, nutrition, and external stressors to create personalized plans.

She believes this is not a race, but a journey, and she is truly honored to be part of each client’s unique path.

Shannon Thompson

With over a decade of experience in the service industry, Shannon brings a warm, approachable energy to her work in medical aesthetics, patient care, and clinical nursing. She’s highly skilled in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP, IV vitamin infusions, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation - and loves using these tools to help patients look and feel their best.

Passionate about helping patients feel their best, Shannon supports natural-looking results and provides meticulous, unrushed care. Her honest, client-centered approach focuses on building lasting relationships and continually refining her skills.

Maggie Teraberry

With over 6 years in the service industry and a strong foundation in spa environments, Maggie is passionate about helping others feel their best. She thrives on new challenges and is deeply motivated to master her craft in medical aesthetics. Her growing expertise includes microdermabrasion, LED therapy, dermaplaning, microneedling, IPL, chemical peels, waxing, nail care, and sanitation - all delivered with a focus on exceptional client care.

Maggie believes in creating a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. She is committed to delivering personalized treatments with precision and compassion, and values educating clients to help them understand their skin and treatment options.
