Ashleigh is a Registered Nurse of almost 20 years & mom (of 2 humans & 1 canine) who has a passion for women’s health, preventative medicine and is a strong advocate for maternal mental health.
Ashleigh loves to explore what makes people feel their very best and combines her extensive knowledge and many passions to customize the care of each person she cares for.

Sierra Hudspeth
Sierra is a proud co-creator of all things BE, alongside her amazing partner, Ashleigh. After graduating in 2015 as a Registered Practical Nurse, she chose a non-traditional path to blend her passion for beauty and wellness with her nursing background. She eagerly pursued advanced training in medical aesthetics and has spent the past eight years practicing and teaching in this dynamic field, allowing her to grow as a scientist, educator, artist, and sometimes, a therapist.
Sierra is dedicated to empowering her clients on their beauty and wellness journeys, encouraging them to embrace their authentic selves. Together, they take a holistic approach to treatment goals, considering factors like anatomy, skincare, nutrition, and external stressors to create personalized plans.
She believes this is not a race, but a journey, and she is truly honored to be part of each client’s unique path.

Sophia is our skilled Sugarist at BE, with over 8 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Currently studying to become an Aesthetician, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in sugaring, ensuring every client receives the highest level of care.
With a passion for building meaningful relationships, Sophia is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels confident, safe, and cared for. Her goal is to not only meet but exceed expectations, creating a personalized experience that empowers clients and leaves them feeling their best.
