Shipping Policy and Fees

Where We Ship

We currently ship orders within Canada and to the continental United States. 

Shipping outside these regions is not available at this time. If you place an order for a location we can’t ship to, we’ll cancel and refund it in full.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
  • Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or if an item is on backorder.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and carrier rates.
  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes.
  • From time to time, we may offer free or flat-rate shipping promotions within Canada.
  • For orders shipped to the United States, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are guidelines only and not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, weather, or customs processing for U.S. orders.

BE beauty + wellness is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been shipped.


Risk and Responsibility

  • Ownership (title) of all products transfers to you when we hand the order over to the carrier.
  • Once shipped, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to help guide you through the claims process if needed.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for any re-shipping fees.Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Backorders or Partial Shipments

  • If one or more items in your order are temporarily unavailable, we may ship the available items first and send the remaining items once they’re back in stock at no extra cost.
  • We’ll always let you know if this applies to your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or international forwarding addresses. Orders with these addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
