• Avoid direct sun exposure (tanning beds, sunbathing, etc.) for at least 2 days (48 hours) & as much as possible for two weeks to prevent pigmentation changes.
• Apply SPF daily, beginning immediately after treatment, and continue use long-term to protect your skin and maintain results.
• Avoid exercise, sweating, swimming, saunas, hot tubs, and excessive heat for 3-5 days to minimize irritation and promote healing.
• Avoid AHA, BHA, Benzoyl peroxide, retinoids, and mechanical exfoliation for 5 days post-treatment.

• Discomfort may increase about 1 hour after treatment as any numbing wears off but should gradually subside.
