1. Services & Treatments
All services and treatments are final sale.
We do not offer refunds for any treatments rendered, including medical aesthetics, consultations, or wellness services.
If you are dissatisfied with a completed treatment, please contact us to schedule a follow-up consultation so we can review your concerns and discuss appropriate next steps.
2. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
They may be used toward any service or retail purchase at BE beauty + wellness. Gift cards do not expire.
3. Online Product Purchases
- All online purchases are final sale.
- Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any online orders.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at: info@bebeautywellness.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution (e.g., replacement or store credit).
4. In-Clinic Product Purchases
In-store purchases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a product was recommended by a provider and you experience a reaction or issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@bebeautywellness.com.
To help us assess your concern, please include:
- Your full name and date of purchase
- The product name and batch number (if available)
- Photos and a brief description of your experience
At our discretion, we may offer a product exchange, clinic credit, or another appropriate solution. Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only at management’s discretion.
5. Final Sale Items
The following are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Services or treatments rendered
- Gift cards
- Online product purchases
- Promotional or discounted items
- Any item marked “final sale”
