All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable HST, shipping, and handling fees. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us (and Shopify) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon shipment of your order. BE beauty + wellness is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once transferred to the carrier.
7. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

In summary:
- Services: All services rendered are final sale and non-refundable.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Online Purchases: Final sale unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
- In-Clinic Purchases: May be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if a provider recommended the product or a verified reaction occurs.
Appointment cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $100 medical appointment block fee.
